Role: Pega Developer
Experience: 5-10 Years Location Offshore Certification Pega Certified System Architect CSA Mandatory Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain enterprise applications using the Pega Platform Configure Case Management Workflows Business Rules Data Pages Data Transforms and Integrations Develop and support RESTSOAP services and thirdparty system integrations Participate in requirements analysis solution design development testing deployment and production support Troubleshoot application issues and optimize application performance using Pega tools Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails Collaborate with Business Analysts Architects QA teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment Support release management defect resolution and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills 5-10 years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years of handson Pega development experience Mandatory Pega CSA certification Strong knowledge of Pega PRPCPega Platform 8x or above Experience with Case Management Flows Activities Data Pages Decision Rules and Declarative Rules Handson experience with RESTSOAP integrations Connectors and Services Knowledge of Queue Processors Job Schedulers Agents and SLAs Experience with SQL and relational databases Familiarity with AgileScrum methodologies and DevOps practices Exposure to Jira Azure DevOps Git or Bitbucket Preferred Skills Pega CSSA certification is an added advantage Experience in Banking Financial Services Lending or Insurance domains Knowledge of Constellation UI and modern Pega architecture Strong analytical debugging and problemsolving skills Educational Qualification Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Certification Requirement Active CSA certification is mandatory
