Technical Requirements
5-8 years of hands-on experience in RPA development. Minimum 2 years of experience working on GenAI and Agentic AI use cases. Strong experience in UiPath development and automation solutions. Working knowledge of Blue Prism development and support. Experience with HTTP, REST/RESTful APIs, and JSON-based services. Experience in CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins. Good understanding of exception handling and RPA development best practices. RPA L2/L3 production support experience is preferred. Experience with UiPath Agents and GenAI-enabled automation solutions is a plus. Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain business process automation solutions using UiPath (Primary) and Blue Prism (Secondary) while adhering to development standards, frameworks, and best practices. Deliver GenAI and Agentic AI-based automation use cases. Stabilize and support L2/L3 production issues across UiPath and Blue Prism environments. Collaborate with RPA Technical Analysts and Solution Architects during solution design and implementation. Work closely with Scrum Masters and project teams to provide development clarity and troubleshoot code-related issues. Define and promote development standards, code modularization, and reusable components. Conduct code reviews, quality checks, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Provide technical support by investigating and resolving software issues, qualifying bugs, and maintaining accurate documentation. Mentor and guide junior RPA developers and team members.
