As a Junior Network Engineer at LUCKY-TECH Membranes Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining the IT, Network, Security, and CCTV infrastructure across existing and upcoming office and factory locations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in network operations, firewall administration, CCTV support, user connectivity, and participation in IT infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: - Network & Firewall Support - Assist in configuring and monitoring FortiGate firewalls. - Support VPN connectivity (Site-to-Site and Remote Access). - Manage internet connections and coordinate with ISPs. - Monitor firewall logs and report network issues. - Support LAN, WAN, VLAN, switches, and Wi-Fi network operations. - New Factory & Office Infrastructure Support - Set up IT and network infrastructure for new factory and office locations. - Assist in the installation of network racks, switches, patch panels, structured cabling, and wireless access points. - Coordinate with vendors during implementation activities. - CCTV & Surveillance Support - Deploy and maintain IP CCTV systems. - Configure and monitor IP cameras, NVRs, and CCTV network connectivity. - Troubleshoot camera and recording issues. - Troubleshooting & Operations - Provide first-level support for network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and CCTV issues. - Escalate complex issues to senior engineers. - Maintain network uptime across locations. - Monitoring & Security - Monitor network devices and internet connectivity. - Identify network performance issues and report potential threats. - Documentation & Asset Management - Maintain network diagrams, IP address records, asset inventory, and CCTV layouts. - Track network devices, cameras, and IT equipment. - User Support - Provide L1 technical support to users. - Troubleshoot and repair user hardware including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. - Support remote users and branch locations as needed. Experience: - 02 years of experience in Network Support, IT Infrastructure, or Helpdesk roles. - Networking certifications and strong technical knowledge are advantageous. - Experience in manufacturing or multi-location environments is a plus. Educational Qualification: - BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, Diploma in Computer Engineering/Information Technology, or relevant IT/Computer Science degree. Certifications: - CCNA Certification (Preferred) - Networking or Security certifications are beneficial. Required Skills: - Basic knowledge of TCP/IP Networking, VLANs, Switching, and Routing. - Understanding of VPN technologies and FortiGate firewalls. - Familiarity with network cabling, rack infrastructure, and IP CCTV systems. - Hardware troubleshooting skills, good communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to learn.
