About the role
As a Senior Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI) Developer at LumenData, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying API-led integrations and real-time orchestration solutions using Informatica IICS (CAI + CDI). You will collaborate with solution architects to translate business requirements into scalable integration designs and participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD pipeline deployments. Your role will involve building and maintaining service connectors, process objects, and APIs for real-time and batch integrations, as well as integrating with enterprise systems like Salesforce, Snowflake, SQL Server, and REST/SOAP endpoints. Additionally, you will design and manage error handling, fault tolerance, and process orchestration within CAI, while documenting technical designs, configurations, and support operational readiness. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement end-to-end integrations using Informatica CAI and Cloud Data Integration (CDI). - Build and maintain service connectors, process objects, and APIs for real-time and batch integrations. - Develop XQuery and Expression transformations for data mapping and transformation logic. - Integrate with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake, SQL Server, and REST/SOAP endpoints. - Design and manage error handling, fault tolerance, and process orchestration within CAI. - Collaborate with solution architects to translate business requirements into scalable integration designs. - Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD pipeline deployments. - Document technical designs, configurations, and support operational readiness. Required Skills & Experience: - 59 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years in Informatica IICS CAI. - Strong hands-on experience in CAI (Cloud Application Integration), CDI (Cloud Data Integration), XQuery, JSON/XML parsing, and API integrations. - Proficiency in building and deploying REST/SOAP services, process orchestration, and real-time integrations. - Familiarity with IICS components such as Process Designer, Application Integration Console, and Secure Agents. - Experience with error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms in CAI processes. - Exposure to API Gateway / Cloud deployment models (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. - Good communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: - Experience integrating Salesforce, Workday, or Snowflake using CAI. - Familiarity with IDMC, Data Quality (IDQ), or MDM components. - Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks.
