As a Data Analytics Specialist at Lutron based in Gurgaon, your role will involve supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) and procurement decision-making by providing high-quality data, insights, and visualizations. You will collaborate closely with business and functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that enhance performance, facilitate better decisions, and align with long-term business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, structure, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to procurement and product lifecycle processes. - Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights to support KPI-driven performance management and informed decision-making. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through disciplined data management practices. - Design and maintain clear, intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI for different audiences. - Define, track, and evolve key performance indicators to maintain relevance and business value. - Develop scalable data models to reduce manual reporting and enhance efficiency. - Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into effective analytics solutions. - Apply appropriate controls to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data governance standards. - Stay updated with emerging analytics tools and best practices to contribute to capability building within the team. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or a related field with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks. - Advanced degree in Data Analytics or Big Data would be advantageous. - Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and relational databases. - Familiarity with Python and/or R, and knowledge of data modeling best practices. - Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus. - Ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights. - Excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively. - Strong focus on continuous learning and improvement. - Uphold high standards for quality, accuracy, and integrity.
