About the role
Job Title: Murex Front Office L2 Support Analyst Location: Hyderabad Experience: 69 Years Function: Group Technology & Operations (T&O;) About the Role Group Technology and Operations (T&O;) enables and empowers the bank with a resilient, efficient, and agile infrastructure. We manage the majority of the banks operational processes and partner closely with business teams across multiple banking delivery channels. We are looking for an experienced Murex Front Office L2 Support Analyst to provide critical production support for Front Office, Back Office, and Finance users. Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day L2 production support for Murex users across Front Office, Back Office, and Finance - Take ownership of high-severity incidents, driving issues through to closure - Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless support - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and propose long-term, preventive solutions - Support application upgrades and release activities following best practices - Ensure production stability and optimal service levels - Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and support teams Mandatory Skills & Experience - 69 years of experience in Murex Front Office L2 Support - Strong hands-on experience with: - Murex Front Office module - eTradepad - Simulation / Simulation Shell - Pre-trade rule debugging - GOM module - PNL / PLVA - Good understanding of trade lifecycle and FO booking issues - Strong knowledge of MSL, access rights, portfolio tree - Experience handling simulation and PNL mismatch issues - Strong SQL, Unix/Linux, and Shell Scripting skills - Ability to support Murex functional modules independently Nice to Have - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management Interested candidates can apply or share their profiles via email to Job Title: Murex Front Office L2 Support Analyst Location: Hyderabad Experience: 69 Years Function: Group Technology & Operations (T&O;) About the Role Group Technology and Operations (T&O;) enables and empowers the bank with a resilient, efficient, and agile infrastructure.
