About the role
Project description We''re seeking an experienced Java Developer expert in writing in scalable, multi-threaded code. to join Investment Bank Project. Project''s primary goal is to optimize the end-to-end regulatory reporting process, strengthen data governance, and improve data quality to support the bank''s future growth and evolving global regulatory demands Responsibilities Develop and maintain Java-based applications and microservices. Design and deploy monitoring, logging, and alerting systems. Ensure security best practices are followed throughout all stages of development and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments. Collaborate with software engineers, QA analysts, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Java development and DevOps. Skills Must have 8+ years of overall experience Strong Java Developer, expert in writing in scalable, multi-threaded code. Hands on experience in Spring Boot, alongside proficiency with ELK stack, cloud/container deployments, and streaming solutions like Kafka. Must have experience in working on ClickHouse Database Infrastructure DevOps Valuable Understanding of: Deployment processes and how to deploy code to servers Server connectivity and management Basic system resource management (RAM, CPU allocation) Containerization (Kubernetes, Podman) Pipeline creation and CI/CD processes Some experience with Cloud AWS/Azure/Google Cloud etc Nice to have N/A .
