As a Support Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for supporting clients in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Cerner EHR environments. This position is ideal for early-career professionals looking to enhance their technical skills in healthcare IT, working closely with experienced consultants and technical leaders to contribute to meaningful client outcomes. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Cerner infrastructure, system workflows, and healthcare technology best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2 production support for Oracle Health RadNet, specifically focusing on radiology and cardiology workflows. - Design, configure, and maintain RadNet solutions to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in building, testing, and maintaining RadNet solutions within the Oracle Health EHR environment. - Proficiency in front-end user tools (e.g., department order entry, RadExam Management, transcription tools) and back-end RadNet tools (DCP Tools, accession setup, RadDBTools, Corecode builder). - Strong skills in complex order builds, charge setups, location builds, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve workflow challenges and code problems. - Ability to coordinate with end-users, conduct system testing during upgrades, and integrate Cerner systems with external tools. - Project management abilities, effective communication with cross-functional teams, and familiarity with compliance standards. Nice to have: - Experience with other Oracle Health modules, such as PowerChart or CommunityWorks, to enhance overall EHR integration. In addition to the above, proficiency in English at C1 Advanced level is required for effective communication with clients.
