About the role
Project Description: We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Java Engineer to join our Capital Markets technology team and contribute to building modern analytics and trading applications. This role combines strong backend engineering expertise in Java with modern frontend development using React, delivering end-to-end solutions across the application stack.You will work on client-server applications, contributing to both backend services and user-facing interfaces, helping deliver scalable, high-performance systems for business users. Responsibilities: Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Java-based backend services for capital markets applicationsBuild modern, responsive frontend applications using ReactDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs supporting frontend and external integrationsImplement end-to-end features spanning backend, frontend, and integration layersEnsure applications are scalable, performant, and user-friendlyCollaborate closely with backend, frontend, and business stakeholdersContribute to architecture decisions, system design, and engineering best practices Mandatory Skills Description: Requirements7-10+ years of experience in software development with strong Java (Java 8+) expertiseSolid experience with Spring / Spring Boot ecosystemStrong experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architecturesHands-on experience with React (hooks, state management, modern JS/TS)Good understanding of frontend architecture, UI/UX principles, and API integrationExperience with containerization and deployment (Docker; Kubernetes is a plus)Strong knowledge of distributed systems, multithreading, and performance optimizationExperience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)Familiarity with Agentic SDLC concepts (AI-driven development workflows, automated testing/review pipelines)Experience working with capital markets systems (trading, risk, or analytics)Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, version control, code quality) Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Nice to HaveKnowledge of AWS ecosystem (S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)Experience with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Jest, Cypress)Familiarity with microservices and cloud-native architecture patternsExperience with real-time data or event-driven systems (e.g., WebSockets, Kafka) Project Description: We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Java Engineer to join our Capital Markets technology team and contribute to building modern analytics and trading applications.
