About the role
As an IT Infrastructure Manager at our company, your main responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining servers, desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, CCTV, biometric systems, and internet connectivity across all locations to ensure 99%+ system uptime with minimal downtime. - Administering WizApp ERP, creating and managing user IDs, configuring user access, troubleshooting ERP issues, coordinating with the software vendor, and ensuring smooth ERP operations with 100% availability and resolving issues within SLA. - Implementing and optimizing ERP modules for Production, Inventory, Warehouse, HR, Payroll, CRM, Sales, Purchase, and Finance to successfully improve processes and reduce manual work. - Providing technical support to Head Office, Factory, Warehouse, Retail Stores, and Sales Teams for hardware, software, and ERP-related issues, resolving 95%+ tickets within agreed timelines. - Ensuring regular data backups, cybersecurity measures, antivirus management, firewall protection, and disaster recovery planning to achieve zero data loss and security incidents. - Monitoring LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, email systems, and implementing security policies to protect company data with network uptime above 99%. - Maintaining IT asset records, procuring IT equipment, managing AMC contracts, warranties, repairs, and preventive maintenance for an accurate asset register with timely maintenance. - Ensuring uninterrupted ERP and IT support for Production, Cutting, Stitching, Quality, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Inventory operations to avoid operational delays due to IT issues. - Supporting POS systems, barcode scanners, billing systems, label printers, and retail store connectivity for smooth retail operations with minimal downtime. - Coordinating with software vendors, internet service providers, hardware suppliers, and AMC partners to ensure timely issue resolution and cost-effective vendor management. - Maintaining SOPs, IT policies, software licenses, audit records, user manuals, and documentation for 100% compliance during internal and external audits. - Identifying and implementing automation initiatives to improve productivity and reduce manual processes across departments with successful implementation of automation projects. - Leading the IT team, assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and providing technical training to employees for improved team productivity and user satisfaction. - Preparing IT performance reports, ERP utilization reports, system health reports, and management dashboards for timely submission of monthly MIS reports. - Optimizing IT infrastructure costs, software licensing, annual maintenance contracts, and hardware procurement without compromising service quality to ensure IT expenditure is maintained within the approved budget. You will need expertise in WizApp ERP Software, garment manufacturing & uniform industry knowledge, retail store IT operations, ERP implementation & support, Windows Server & Active Directory, networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN), SQL database management, cloud backup & data security, hardware & software troubleshooting, IT asset management, vendor coordination, team leadership & project management. Your performance targets will include: - ERP System Availability: 99%+ - Network Uptime: 99%+ - First-Level IT Issue Resolution: Within 2 Hours - Critical Issue Resolution: Within 48 Hours - Daily Data Backup Success: 100% - User Satisfaction Score: 90%+ - IT Audit Compliance: 100% - IT Budget Adherence: Within Approved Budget The salary range for this position is 40,000.00 - 80,000.00 per month with work location being in person.
