MERN Stack Developer ( Senior Engineering Manager ) Location: Mohali (Work from Office) Shift: US Shift (8:30 PM 5:30 AM IST) Working Days: 5 Days a Week Salary: Up to 30 LPA (Depending on Experience) Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Lead MERN Stack Developer to lead the development and scaling of a CRM and Operations Platform from scratch. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of leading a team, making architectural decisions, and contributing actively to development. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers. Design and develop scalable applications using the MERN stack. Own application architecture, performance, scalability, and security. Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices. Develop and manage APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations. Collaborate with QA, Product, and Business teams to ensure timely delivery. Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance. Technical Skills Required React.js / Next.js Node.js Express.js MongoDB REST APIs and Webhooks PostgreSQL / Supabase (Good to Have) AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Platforms System Design and Scalable Architecture CI/CD Pipelines Git/GitHub Rate Limiting and Performance Optimization AI-assisted Development Tools Must Have Experience 7+ years of Full Stack Development experience. 2+ years of team leadership or technical lead experience. Experience building products or platforms from scratch. Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
