They are also required to ensure that program outcomes are accomplished and in line with business objectives including the management of program budgets.They will be required to govern and own the technical deliverables of the team and responsible for supporting the development of the intelligent automation service offering for M&G Asset Management.Accountabilities/ResponsibilitiesDrives management plans and activities from initiation to implementation & sustainment to achieve desired business outcomes from the process transformation and intelligent automation programme of works. Strong experience in the SDLC with a proven track record of managing large programmes and high impact deliveries with intelligent automation focus. Strong Experience in handling consulting engagements and experience of delivering process improvement projectsExcellent understanding of process excellence methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking. Experience in business analysis, high level design and data architectureHighly experienced in managing a diverse cross-functional team. Proven track record of managing senior level stakeholders (CXO / Director) across locationsTeam player with experience in leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
