Senior Analyst Enterprise Security (Network Security)

As a part of M&G India, you will be contributing to the strategic innovation and digital transformation efforts of M&G, a company with a heritage of over 175 years in savings and investments. Your role will involve working with global teams to drive transformation, build digital capabilities, and support sustainable growth using technology, AI, automation, and process excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Own and execute regular firewall rule reviews, recertification, and optimization activities - Perform IDPS review processes, including alert tuning, use-case validation, control effectiveness checks, and remediation tracking - Monitor and maintain network security tooling to ensure operational health, resilience, and policy compliance - Investigate network security events, identify root causes, and recommend or implement corrective actions - Work with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to strengthen preventive and detective controls across the environment - Manage security control review cycles and maintain evidence for audit and governance purposes - Raise, track, and coordinate vendor cases through to resolution - Maintain standard operating procedures, review documentation, and technical runbooks - Identify rulebase improvements, policy exceptions, and control gaps, and escalate where appropriate - Support incident response and post-incident analysis relating to network security controls - Act as a project manager from ideation process to delivery, proactively seeking opportunities to improve processes - Manage a team of technical engineers and provide leadership at all levels - Clearly articulate business values to senior stakeholders and be able to challenge them - Understand the risk and controls associated with the platforms - Appreciate truly Agile ways of working/development using tools like Jira/Confluence - Collaborate with peers across various levels for experiential learnings - Focus on scalability, resilience, security, quality, and continuous rigor to reduce technical debt You will be a part of a diverse and inclusive workforce at M&G Global Services, where regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, or long-term condition, exceptional talent is valued, promoted, and retained.
