About the role
Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled IT Support Executive who will be responsible for managing and maintaining all IT systems including WiFi networks, laptops, desktops, and CCTV camera systems. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all technical infrastructure and provide quick support for any issues. Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain WiFi networks and routers Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues and ensure stable network performance Manage and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment Install software, updates, and antivirus systems Monitor and maintain CCTV camera systems , including recording and backups Identify and fix hardware and software issues Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers when required Maintain IT inventory (devices, cables, routers, etc.) Ensure data security and system backups Provide technical support to staff and residents when needed Skills Required:Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking (WiFi, routers, LAN) Understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance setup Problem-solving and quick response ability Basic knowledge of Windows OS, printers, and networking tools Eligibility:Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field Experience: 13 years preferred (Freshers with strong knowledge can apply) Additional Requirements:Responsible and proactive attitude Ability to handle multiple issues at once Availability for urgent technical support if needed Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled IT Support Executive who will be responsible for managing and maintaining all IT systems including WiFi networks, laptops, desktops, and CCTV camera systems.
