The Land Surveyor will conduct field surveys, including topographic and land boundary measurements, using instruments such as total stations and related surveying equipment. Responsibilities include collecting and recording precise site data, preparing survey reports, and collaborating with project engineers and construction teams to support building and infrastructure layouts. The role involves verifying site levels and dimensions, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining accurate survey records. The Land Surveyor will also assist in resolving site measurement discrepancies and contribute to efficient project planning and execution. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Land Surveying and Surveying for infrastructure and construction projects.Candidates should possess expertise in Topographic Surveys for mapping site conditions and terrain features.Candidates should possess practical experience with Total Station and related survey instruments for accurate measurements.Candidates should possess competencies in Building Surveying for layout, level checking, and verification of construction works.Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, surveying, or a related technical field is preferred.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and site plans, with strong attention to detail.Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with on-site project teams.Experience in infrastructure or construction projects and familiarity with local regulations and standards are beneficial.
