In this role, you will take ownership of designing and developing complex systems, contribute to technical decision-making, and help drive engineering excellence. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to build robust and scalable platforms while mentoring junior engineers and promoting development best practices across the team. What Youll Do in This Role - Collaborate with Product teams to understand, refine, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Drive the technical roadmap with a focus on platformization, reusable components, and engineering excellence. - Own and contribute to key technical metrics such as reliability, performance, scalability, and availability. - Break down complex requirements into manageable components, identify dependencies, plan iterations, and provide accurate effort estimates. - Recommend and implement software solutions that address evolving banking and financial services requirements. - Solve complex technical challenges through innovative and scalable approaches while ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules and drive successful execution. - Mentor and guide team members on structured problem-solving, coding standards, and software development best practices.
