Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Monitor work progress and ensure timely project execution. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams. Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed. Prepare site reports, measurements, and work documentation. Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Assist in material planning, estimation, and inventory management. Resolve on-site technical issues in coordination with senior engineers. Eligibility Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates with site execution experience are also welcome. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction practices is preferred. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
