Pega Business Analyst

Position :Pega Business Analyst Location : complete Remote Work Duration: Permanent opportunity Responsibilities: Key Tasks Responsible for analyzing and evaluating business requirements and translating them into technical and business processes (e.g., analyzing possible areas for potential process automation) Preparing technical design documents (e.g., functional specifications, write new features and components based on business requirements, create User Stories/epics/detail process modeling and functional design) Contribute to the entire implementation process. Drive definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements. Provide requirement and design related assistance to the development team. Consult with business to identify current operating procedures and to clarify project objectives. Be a bridge between business and developers. Participate in meetings with various stakeholders. UAT and production support when required. Compliance Documentation and Test Case preparation. Incident preparation. Requirements/ Skills You are characterized by detailed company-specific knowledge or exceptional specialist knowledge and skills: Working proficiency in Pega Technology (Especially Pega Customer Service Framework) preferred Collaborate with the rest of the teams and create prepare technical design (User Stories/Epics/Detail process modeling and functional Design) 3+ years experience conducting requirement analysis and analytical skills. Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes. Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience or willingness to work in a complex work environment. Experience working in an Agile / Scrum Environment Pega Certified BA preferred. Self-dependent as well as in an intercultural team Ability to conduct show-end-tell meetings with business partners. Creativity, dedication and "can do" attitude.
