Role Description This is a full time, in office User Experience Designer role based in Gurgaon. The User Experience Designer will translate business and user needs into intuitive, human-centered digital experiences for MAATRIs platforms and products. Responsibilities include conducting user research, mapping user journeys, applying design thinking methods, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows. The role involves collaborating closely with product, engineering, marketing, and healthcare domain teams to refine requirements and ensure consistent visual and UX standards. The designer will test and iterate on designs using data and user feedback, contribute to design systems, and help maintain a cohesive, premium brand experience for doctors and patients.
