About the role
Role & responsibilities Preparation of pipe schedule, valve schedules, equipment lists, and Bill of Materials (BOM). Preparation of Billing Break-up (BBU). Preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PR). Vendor management, including technical specification reviews and discussions. Review and analysis of PFD, P&ID, GA Drawings, and piping layouts. Preparation of Comment Resolution Sheets (CRS) for client approval. Preparation of DBR for HVAC system. Heat load calculation For HVAC system. Pipe & Pump Sizing Calculation. Vent filter Sizing Calculation. Silo Aeration blower Capacity Calculation. Heater Sizing Calculation. Prepared Basic Engineering and BOM for Ash Water Recovery and Ash Handling Systems for tendering purposes. Preferred candidate profile EPC Project Process Engineering Piping Design & Layout Equipment & Material Procurement
