Industrial Engineer

As an Industrial Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for applying your strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts and manufacturing processes to optimize operations. Your hands-on experience in Time Study, Method Study, Work Sampling, and Line Balancing of CNC, VMC, Turning & Milling Machining operations will be crucial in improving efficiency. Additionally, your expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Time Studies, Method Studies, Work Sampling, and Line Balancing for CNC, VMC, Turning & Milling Machining operations. - Implement Lean Manufacturing principles, Kaizen activities, and 5S practices to enhance operational efficiency. - Utilize advanced knowledge of MS Excel for Manufacturing data analysis and reporting. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of GD&T, OEE, Capacity Planning, Productivity Measurement, Cost Reduction, engineering drawings & machining processes. - Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
