Position Types: Graduate Design Intern (Internship) Job Location: Pune / Bengaluru / Remote About the Role We are seeking passionate, forward-thinking Mechanical Design Engineers and Engineering Interns to join our advanced product engineering team. Drawing on industry-aligned standards and advanced technological workflowsincluding generative product design, plastic product development, and smart engineering systemsyou will play a vital role in transforming core concepts into production-ready designs across diverse high-tech industries. Applicants can apply for engineering roles or internships in one or more of the following core project streams: Core Stream Categories & Responsibilities 1. Medical Device Design & Development Focus: Human-centric, precision-driven product and plastic part design, diagnostics, and access control equipment. Key Responsibilities: Explore medical device and system design using sophisticated tools; Concept design, ergonomics, Design methodologies medical devices development Compliance: ensure strict compliance with quality, regulatory, and manufacturability requirements; FEM & Analysis Structural simulation of parts/sub-system 2. Aerospace & Aerostructure Design, Regulation Focus: Advanced structural engineering and lightweight components for next-generation aerospace systems. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the conceptual engineering of aerostructures; Domain training & Systems - airframe, wing, interior & aircraft systems design overview Structural & Composite Analysis , components FEA utilize advanced setups to optimize structural components for stress, weight efficiency & calculations Regulatory compliance including airworthiness & standards 3. Automotive Design & analysis, Regulation Automotive domain: Vehicle product design, plastic, trim assemblies, and heavy machinery parts. Key Responsibilities: Explore Engineering concept automotive components from initial sketch to layout; apply knowledge in plastic part design, sheet metal fabrication; Utilize intelligent automation to accelerate product development cycles. Structural analysis of part and sub-system analysis Regulatory Compliance AIS/BIS, & standards 4. Piping & Plant Engineering Focus: Process plant layouts, structural setups, and equipment configuration for energy and industrial facilities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in generating Process Plant Layouts and Piping Designs; perform digital twin modelling, equipment routing, and structural design using specialized civil/industrial layout packages integrate smart factory analytics into workflow systems. Regulation : ASME, API and Plant standards Required Qualifications & Skills Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Aerospace or Chemical/Plant Engineering, Thermal, Biomedical Engineering Software Mastery: proficiency in software packages Domain Knowledge: Solid grasp of engineering fundamentals, manufacturing technology, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and material selection (especially plastics and sheet metals). Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a strong drive to turn academic learning into practical engineering value.
