Job Summary: Responsible for leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) functions across projects, ensuring design, execution, and maintenance meet quality, safety, and timeline requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee MEP design, planning, and execution across projects Manage contractors, consultants, and internal teams Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines Resolve technical issues and ensure quality delivery Coordinate with civil, architectural, and project teams Implement cost optimization and energy-efficient solutions
