In this role, you will own operation of the end-to-end E-billing platform (Mitratech s TeamConnect and Collaborati), ensuring the systems, supporting team, and data feeds run reliably to deliver a well-managed legal E-billing service for the legal panel function. What you offer 9-11 years of hands-on experience administering and managing an E-Billing platform (TeamConnect/Mitratech strongly preferred; Legal Tracker, Onit, or SimpleLegal acceptable). Experience managing a team and operational service delivery. Strong understanding of legal billing, outside counsel guidelines, and invoice review processes. Vendor management and stakeholder management skills. Process improvement mindset, with the ability to work independently and own outcomes end to end.
