About the role
As a Data Analyst at Macquarie in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with business stakeholders and a high-performing team to execute the daily delivery of BSSR data end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include interpreting data requirements, strategically planning, and building solutions using the existing BSSR Corporate Data Hub platforms. You will actively engage with BSSR data consumers, define new data and reporting requirements, and manage the development of PowerBI reports to meet consumer data needs. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support for ad-hoc data queries and end-to-end data analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders and team to execute daily delivery of BSSR data - Interpret data requirements, strategically plan, and build solutions using existing BSSR Corporate Data Hub platforms - Engage with BSSR data consumers, define new data and reporting requirements - Manage development of PowerBI reports to meet consumer data requirements - Provide ongoing support for ad-hoc data queries and end-to-end data analysis Qualifications Required: - Good analytical, commercially minded, and problem-solving skills - Previous experience with PowerBI, Alteryx, SQL, DAX code, or equivalent technologies - Experience in the financial services or banking industry will be advantageous - Outstanding academic background in Finance or a quantitative degree - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Macquarie is a global financial services group operating in 34 markets with 54 years of unbroken profitability.
