About the job Key responsibilities: 1. Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects from concept through completion. 2. Review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reports. 3. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. 4. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. 5. Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress. 6. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities. 7. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction. 8. Prepare project estimates, feasibility studies, and tender documents. 9. Review contractor submissions and approve materials and work quality. 10. Perform risk assessments and implement quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
