AI/ML Developer

Madhura Technologies is looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building AI-powered applications and deploying scalable AI solutions. Responsibilities Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.Build AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Llama.Develop NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI solutions.Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.Fine-tune and evaluate AI models for real-world use cases.Develop REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask for AI services.Work with vector databases such as FAISS, ChromaDB, or Pinecone.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into web and mobile applications.Deploy AI solutions using Docker and cloud platforms.Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and industry trends.Required Skills 1+ year of experience in AI/ML development.Strong proficiency in Python.Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Large Language Models (LLMs).Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AI agent frameworks.Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.Experience with Git, REST APIs, and Docker.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Skills Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.Knowledge of OpenCV, YOLO, or Computer Vision.Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Understanding of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI and Generative AI projects.Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Career growth and continuous learning opportunities.Compensation: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursementLeave encashmentPaid sick timeProvident FundWork Location: In person .
