Cybersecurity EDR Technician

A Cybersecurity EDR Technician monitors and responds to security incidents detected by Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools, deploys and manages EDR agents, analyzes alerts for threats, and collaborates on incident response and security improvement strategies. Key responsibilities include threat hunting, tuning detection rules, maintaining EDR policies, and assisting with incident containment and forensics. The SentinelOne EDR Technician will support the team that is responsible for the operational support, configuration, and maintenance of the SentinelOne Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) platform. This role is critical in ensuring proactive threat detection, incident response readiness, and the ongoing security of all organizational endpoints.
