Software Engineer - Trainee

A software engineer trainee learns and applies technical skills on the job by assisting senior engineers with tasks such as writing and testing code, debugging issues, participating in code reviews, and documenting processes. The primary role is to gain practical, hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and industry-standard tools under mentorship, preparing them for a full-time software engineering position • Actively create software using the most up-to-date Microsoft technology stack, incorporating a diverse range of tools such as C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, Web API, and React. • Engage in product development utilizing Agile Methodology within the Microsoft technology stack. • Collaborate with leaders who are committed to implementing the best product development practices. • Engage in projects within the diverse BFSI business domain. • Demonstrated problem solving, analytics and troubleshooting skills. • Able to do multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work seamlessly in a team environment and creating excellent team dynamic.
