SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant (Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities - Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live and hypercare support. - Configure and implement SAP Finance modules including: - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Asset Accounting (AA) - Project Accounting - Accrual Management - Conduct business workshops and gather functional requirements from stakeholders. - Design and configure SAP Finance solutions aligned with business processes and best practices. - Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements. - Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments, integrations, and enhancements. - Support data migration, testing activities, user training, and deployment activities. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including Controlling (CO), Project Systems (PS), Treasury, Procurement, and Sales. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and compliance. - Provide post-implementation support and continuous process optimization. Mandatory Skills - 8+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience. - Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance Implementations. - Expertise in: - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Asset Accounting (AA) - Project Accounting - Accrual Management - Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, or transformation projects. - Robust understanding of financial accounting processes and reporting requirements. - Experience in configuration, testing, integration, and user support activities. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Good to Have Skills - Experience in SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX). - Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to Finance. - Exposure to SAP Central Finance (CFIN). - Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation programs. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field .
