Founder's Trainee- AI, Product & Automation

As a Founder's Office Intern at Magentic, you will have a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder on AI products, automation systems, internal tools, and real business problems. Unlike typical internships that focus on support work, this role is designed around ownership, allowing you to build real systems that are used by businesses. You will operate in a fast-moving AI-first startup environment where speed, curiosity, execution, and problem-solving skills are highly valued. Your responsibilities will include: - Building AI-powered tools, automations, and internal systems to solve real business problems - Working on modern fullstack applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, databases, and backend services - Experimenting with AI-first workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, Claude, and automation platforms - Rapidly prototyping new product ideas, dashboards, and operational tools - Collaborating directly with the founder on product execution, workflows, and growth experiments - Identifying bottlenecks, improving systems, and contributing ideas with real ownership - Exploring emerging AI tools, agents, and automation frameworks to improve speed and efficiency We are looking for ambitious builders who are curious, ambitious, and excited about the future of AI, automation, and startups.
