Deliver a mobile app for agents with real-time recommendations and lead scoring. Transforming and building portals for customers and internal stake holder Launch AI chatbot with WhatsApp integration, automating 60% of queries and improving retention by 40%. Implement AI-powered digital payments (ENACH, WhatsApp Payments, fraud detection) driving 20% revenue growth. Execute omnichannel strategies and marketing automation using AI for content and behavior modeling. Champion enterprise AI adoption for UX optimization, workflow automation, and data-driven decisions. Gather and document business requirements, perform feasibility analysis, and prepare scope for new systems/changes. Conduct change impact analysis, CR documentation, and vendor evaluations. Review FSD/SRS/design documents and sign-offs with project teams. Secure stakeholder sign-off and ensure smooth go-live.
