Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a Power BI Developer who can design and deliver complex analytical solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Fabric. Beyond report development, this role will also be responsible for the maintenance, administration, and optimization of the Power BI Tenant and Capacities, ensuring smooth platform operations for enterprise BI users. Working knowledge of Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, and Lakehouse concepts will be highly desirable as the organization continues to modernize its analytics landscape. Key Responsibilities: 1. Power BI Development - Develop complex, enterprise-grade Power BI reports and dashboards with strong focus on UI/UX, performance, and usability. - Build reusable semantic models following best practices in star schema, dimensional modeling, and OneLake/Fabric integration. - Implement advanced DAX, calculated tables, and optimized measures. - Use incremental refresh, composite models, Direct Lake (Fabric), and performance optimization techniques. 2.
