About the role
You are a Web Developer/Automation Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in developing web-based tools, scripts, and automation. Your role involves turning business needs into technical solutions, including marketer-facing scripts, internal portals, event infrastructure, and lightweight tooling to enhance team efficiency and scale impact. - Prototype, test, and deploy marketer-facing scripts using JavaScript/Node, API integrations, and automation workflows - Develop and enhance the Content Operations Portal and associated automation - Establish and maintain technical infrastructure for Garage events from start to finish - Create scripts, utilities, and tools to streamline team operations and increase impact Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of web development experience in a real-world production environment - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js - Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations - Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or JavaScript for workflow automation - Familiarity with Git and command-line tools for daily development tasks - Problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and ownership About the Company: Omnicom Production / Magnon (India) is a leading integrated advertising, digital, and marketing-performance agency group in India.
