Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Civil Engineer / Architect / Project Manager or Supervisor with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) experience. The role involves planning, designing, and supervising construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across the university and hospital campus, ensuring alignment with healthcare standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors; reviewing drawings, BOQs, and specifications; and monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality. The professional will oversee site execution, conduct regular inspections, manage stormwater, drainage, and utilities, and ensure compliance with statutory and environmental requirements. The role also includes preparing technical reports, maintaining project documentation, and supporting long-term campus infrastructure planning.
