Location: Pan India Roles: Developer/Lead/Architect Key Responsibilities: Customer Onboarding in OTM Platform Lead and manage customer onboarding. Clear understanding of platform capabilities & feasibility, and communicating those to customer, after understanding the requirements / expectations. Lead Customer onboarding by understanding the solution and impacts to existing domain. Ensure smooth transition and integration with existing systems and be the point of contact / liaison for client communications – during the course of onboarding Facilitate the onboarding process for new OTM customers, as well as facilitate conversations related to any change requests coming from customers. Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption and usage of OTM. Business Objects and Interfaces: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of OTM business objects and interfaces. Design and implement solutions that leverage OTM's capabilities to meet business requirements. Technical Expertise Utilize SQL Server for data manipulation, reporting, and integration tasks. Apply Java development skills to enhance OTM functionality and customize solutions to meet customer requirements as well as internal business objectives Use Oracle Data Migration Assistant (DMA) for efficient data migration processes. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to OTM migration and integration. Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
