Lead UX Designer

We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to shape the user experience of our next-generation Design Automation platform. This role involves designing intuitive workflows, optimizing user interactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for engineers working on complex CAD tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical and engineering software UX design, with a strong understanding of data visualization, real-time collaboration, and workflow efficiency. Required Skills & Qualification 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in technical or engineering applications. Expertise in UX design tools Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar Experience in designing UX for data-heavy applications, dashboards, or simulation tools Understanding of data visualization principles Graphs, plots, and real-time analytics Strong Portfolio Showcasing UX Work forComplex Software Applications Familiarity with UX for multi-user collaboration and cloud-based applications Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective developer collaboration. Experience with EDA tools, AI-driven design automation and real-time interface systems is a plus. Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions to enhance UX Masters or bachelors degree in design or related field.
