About the role
You will be expected to understand our client s business, meaning not only what the client needs, but also why the client needs it. You will be meeting with the client and team members via video chat and other communication tools to discuss new and existing projects/features. You will be creating intuitive software that will help our clients excel in their domain. You will be designing, planning, and implementing effective programming architectures. To be successful, you need to be self-motivated, disciplined, and adaptable. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. 2+ years of experience as a developer. 2+ years of experience working with JavaScript. Extensive knowledge in all basic concepts including: call-backs, promises, etc. Understanding of relational database concepts and SQL. Understandings in the following technologies: Node.js, Express, Single-Page Javascript Application (SPA) technologies (Angular, React.js), REST API, Git. Excellent logical and analytical skills, with a problem-solving attitude and a passion to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Nice to have Typescript. Understanding of No SQL DB (e.g. MongoDB). ORM (e.g. TypeORM.io). Gatsby.js. Knowledge of Heroku or AWS. Experience with board tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, etc. Experience with OAuth. Experience with the integration of third-party tools and SDKs.
