Looking Forward a dynamic and experienced We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist for educational institution. The candidate must know to handle hardware, software and CCTV troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance of computers and networks in the campus. Responsibilities: Resolve hardware and software problems Install and configure computers and peripherals Support network and internet issues Help users with login and account issues Maintain IT inventory and documentation Assist in setting up labs and classrooms Ensure data security and backup Requirements: Basic knowledge of computers and networks Good communication skills Ability to solve technical problems Experience in IT support is a plus .
