About the role
Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise all civil construction activities for the International School project. * Plan, monitor, and coordinate site execution to achieve project milestones. * Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and the client. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications. * Prepare work schedules, monitor progress, and resolve site issues. Requirements: * B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction, preferably institutional, commercial, or educational projects. * Strong leadership, planning, and site management skills.
