Function Development Engineer

Experience : 4 to 6 years Qualification : ME / Mtech / BE / Btech: E&TC / Computer Science / Electrical / Automotive Electronics Roles & Responsibilities: Automotive BEV, DevOps, Battery Management, Thermal Management system, ECU system test •Work in agile international team environment, managing and improving part of our software factory and CI/CD •Designing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines •Managing runner infrastructure, •Optimizing build and release workflows •Secure reliable software delivery across cloud-hosted environments. •Support SW and functionality developer within energy management •Technical Discussion with Stakeholders in Europe •Develop AI agentic solutions for the business area •Perform Application Software freeze, build and release Must Have: •Experienced Embedded Systems development •Experienced Software developer •Strong communication skills •Strong experience in Docker / containerization •Experience within GitLab CI/CD and runner administration •Experience within AWS infrastructure and services, •Experience within Linux and Windows runner setup and troubleshooting •Experience from mixed build ecosystems, including mono-repo-based development using Bazel multi-repo / modular builds using CMake •Experience within Bash / PowerShell / Python scripting •Automation, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code •Strong team collaboration skills •Knowledge in MBD tools (as Simulink) •Experience of working with Autosar Adaptive •Strong knowledge and experience in Agentic AI development •Analytical & problem-solving mindset •Flexibility, you are ready to change focus when needed Good to Have: •Experience from working with development of software platform •Knowledge and experience of thermal dynamics and thermal management •Reliable and precise way of working •Presentation creations skills •Ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner •Team-oriented personality •Knowledge of Agile framework •Working exposure with Global stakeholders •Willingness to travel internationally (up to 3 months)
