About the role
Qualification: BE/B.Tech Computer/IT Experience: 1 to 3 years Roles & Responsibilities: Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems. Experience supporting laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals. Experience resolving software, hardware, and basic network issues. Practical experience with Active Directory, user account management, and MFA. Experience using ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow & Jira Experience with remote support tools (SCCM remote assistant, Remote Desktop, etc.). Additional Skills: Advanced knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems Thorough understanding of networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, Active Directory & VLAN Good to have knowledge of IT project management Good Communication skills .
