Qualification: B.E/B.Tech IT/Comp Experience: 1 to 3 years Roles and Responsibilities: 13 years of hands-on experience in Network Support. Basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs. Familiarity with hardware from vendors such as Cisco (routers/switches), Palo Alto ( FW ) Experience with network monitoring tools like Nagios, Cacti, or SolarWinds, WireShark. Logging, troubleshooting, and resolving network incidents from Client and Network side. Experience using ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow Jira.
