About the role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hardware Engineer with 36 years of hands-on experience who can quickly understand product requirements and start contributing with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in analog and power electronics, embedded hardware design, and real-time communication systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop analog and power electronic circuitsWork on embedded hardware platforms (STM, ESP-based systems)Design and optimize power supply circuitsWork with energy metering ICs and related designsEnsure EMI/EMC compliance and testingImplement communication protocols such as RS485, Ethernet, and ModbusPerform hardware debugging, testing, and validationCollaborate with firmware/software teams for system integrationUnderstand existing products and enhance or modify them efficientlyRequired Skills: Strong experience in Analog Circuit DesignGood knowledge of Power ElectronicsExpertise in Embedded Hardware Design (STM, ESP)Experience with Energy Metering ICsUnderstanding of EMI/EMC Design StandardsHands-on experience in Power Supply DesignKnowledge of communication protocols: RS485, Ethernet, ModbusAdditional Important Skills: PCB design experience using tools like Altium / KiCad / EagleCircuit simulation tools (LTspice, Proteus, etc.)Strong debugging and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of microcontrollers and peripherals (ADC, DAC, UART, SPI, I2C)Understanding of hardware testing tools (Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Logic Analyzer)Basic knowledge of firmware/hardware integrationExperience in product development lifecycleDocumentation and schematic design skillsExperience: 36 years of relevant industry experiencePreferred Qualifications: Experience in product-based companiesAbility to work independently and take ownershipStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsWhy Join Us: Opportunity to work on real-world hardware productsHands-on exposure to advanced technologiesGrowth-oriented and collaborative environmentHow to Apply: Interested candidates can share their resume at: info@manatanuinfotech.com Note: Immediate joiners will be preferred.
