Engineering Manager - Pega

As a Senior Pega Consultant, you will be responsible for the following: - Bringing your 14+ years of experience in requirements gathering and delivering client deliverables on Pega to the table - Demonstrating expertise in end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to project GoLive - Utilizing your understanding of Pega guardrails and frameworks, with a focus on the Finance industry - Applying your technical domain experience and proficiency in tools like Rally, Confluence, AWS, etc - Showing a strong customer focus and proven ability to use data analytics for solving complex business problems - Leveraging your knowledge and hands-on experience in workflow technologies like Pega - Prioritizing quality, detail, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) - Leading teams in delivering complex projects, while emphasizing quality and auditability - Driving hands-on design and implementation of best practices within the domain - Collaborating effectively within the team, supporting peers, and recognizing team contributions - Managing the design, development, and implementation of technology features - Developing, maintaining, and validating engineering standards, application architecture, and design patterns - Identifying opportunities for cost savings through process simplification, optimization, and automation - Engaging stakeholders as a trusted advisor to the business Please note that the above qualifications and experiences are expected for this role.
