Head of Technology Consumer Finance Technology

We are partnering with a leading global bank to hire a Head of Technology Consumer Finance Technology to lead the Cards Platform and drive large-scale technology transformation across Consumer Finance. Key Responsibilities Lead the technology strategy, engineering, and delivery for the Consumer Finance & Cards Platform. Manage global engineering teams and deliver high-performing, scalable, and secure technology solutions. Partner with Business, Product, and Operations leaders to define and execute the technology roadmap. Drive innovation across Cards, Digital Channels, Consumer Payments, and Customer Experience. Lead large-scale platform modernization, product enhancements, and customer migration programs. Ensure platform resilience, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Required Experience 20+ years of technology leadership experience within Banking or Financial Services. Proven experience leading global technology organizations at Head/Executive level. Strong expertise in Consumer Lending, with deep knowledge of Cards Technology. Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Cards proposition development and lifecycle management Digital Banking Channels, Wallets, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tokenization, and Card integrations Large-scale customer and product migration programs Consumer Payments and payment processing platforms Experience managing large, cross-functional engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
