Sr Lead Frontend Developer React

As a Frontend Developer at our company, your role involves working closely with a cross-functional team to design, develop, and test features and functions. Your responsibilities include: - Actively participating in agile ceremonies such as Standups, Refinements, Retrospectives, Planning, and Requirement discussions. - Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React concepts, workflows, and TypeScript. - Translating designs and wireframes into reusable, testable, and productive high-quality code. - Enforcing software quality through peer code reviews and automated testing. - Monitoring and optimizing component performance across web devices and browsers. - Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes. - Proactively learning and sharing knowledge of technology, and comparing advantages and disadvantages of alternative solutions/technologies. - Documenting application changes and development updates. - Guiding and mentoring team members. Tech Stack: JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, Jest, Git, JIRA, Confluence. Must have: - Robust proficiency of the JavaScript language including the ES6+ syntax, DOM manipulation, JavaScript object model, and the TypeScript superset. - Excellent understanding of React.js and its core principles. - 5+ years of experience with React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux. - Knowledge of contemporary authorization mechanisms and workflows. - Experience with common front end development tools like Babel, Webpack, or NPM. - Experience with consuming APIs. - Experience in creating unit and integration tests with Mocha, Jest, and/or React Testing Library. - Hands-On Mentality. - Experience in code versioning using Git. - Experience with client-side architecture and design patterns. - Very good communication skills. Nice to have: - Experience working with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, Docker, K8s, etc.). - Experience in CI/CD.
