QA Automation Enginner

About The Opportunity A fast-scaling technology firm in the Software Product & Digital Transformation space, we build mission-critical SaaS platforms for global clients across fintech, healthtech, and logistics. Our QA Automation Engineers play a pivotal role in ensuring zero-defect deployments through intelligent test frameworks, CI/CD pipeline integration, and scalable automation strategiesdriving quality at speed without compromising reliability. Role & Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for web and API layers.Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to enable shift-left testing.Develop reusable, data-driven, and cross-browser compatible test scripts in Java/Python/JavaScript.Collaborate with Dev and Product teams to define test strategies, coverage metrics, and quality gates for sprints.Monitor test execution, analyze failure root causes, and report actionable insights to improve product stability.Implement end-to-end test coverage for microservices, RESTful APIs, and front-end components using Postman, RestAssured, or Supertest.
