Job Description Job Title - AEM Forms Frontend Developer Experience - 5 - 10 Years Location - Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune Notice - Immediate to 15 Days Requirements:- AEM Forms Frontend Build and customize AEM Adaptive Forms using Core Components and custom components as needed. Implement client-side form behavior including rules, validations, conditional rendering, calculations, and guided user journeys. Customize themes, styles, and layouts using CSS, LESS, and the AEM Forms themes framework. Develop and manage form fragments to enable reuse and consistency across journeys, channels, and brands. Ensure strong WCAG accessibility compliance and cross-browser compatibility across devices. Optimize frontend performance including client-side rendering behaviors, load time, and perceived responsiveness. Collaborate with UX, backend, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end form journeys aligned to API contracts and error handling patterns. Support UAT cycles, usability testing, accessibility audits, and production defect fixes. Contribute to documentation and standards for form build patterns, naming conventions, and reusable fragment libraries. Technical Skills (Must Have) Strong experience in AEM Forms Adaptive Forms development, including fragments and authoring best practices. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery (as applicable to project stack). Hands-on with AEM Forms Rules Editor and client-side scripting patterns for dynamic behavior. Familiarity with JSON schema concepts and data binding fundamentals Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices. Ability to apply design systems and component reuse patterns across form libraries.
