Job Description Job Title - Product Manager (Fintech Domain) Experience - 5 – 10 Years Location - Indore Notice - Immediate joiner Requirements :- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to inform product decisions. Define clear product requirements and user stories. Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics. Data driven decision making. Ensure compliance with regulations and security standards. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Impact based prioritization approach. Should be focused on the growth of the key business metric. Qualification Bachelor's or master's in Computer Science, engineering, business or related field. Relevant certifications like Product Management, Fintech, or Data Analytics are a plus. 6 years+ into product management. Must have Strong drafting and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Basic understanding of Product Management tools i.e. software development tracking tools and road mapping software. Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify problem and effective solution. Good to have Prior work experience with SEBI, NSDL, CDSL, RBI, or stock exchanges is beneficial. Knowledge of stock market.
